Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee, plus any other additional fee that the club may have already paid such as insurance and association fees. Requests for refund must be submitted to the Leduc Crush Board for review. Each refund will be considered on a case by case basis in consideration of the following guidelines: 100% refund within 72 hours of registration prior to February 15th at 11:59PM MT. 50% refund on February 15th between 12:00 AM MT through 11:59 PM MT (once the 72 hours has expired) No refunds will be given on or after February 15th at 12:00 am MT ***Please note, payment must be received in full, prior to 11:59 pm (MT) on February 15th in order for the early registration discount to apply.*** No refund will be given if a player is expelled at any time throughout the season by the GELC/ALA/Leduc Crush Lacrosse Club for inappropriate actions as set forth by the GELC/ALA rules of conduct.


Tournament Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All tournament cancellations require Leduc Crush board approval. If you cancel within three weeks of the tournament you will forfeit your registration fees to the Leduc Crush.
